The TLC374IDG4 has internal electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection circuits and a 1000-V ESD rating based on human body model testing. This device can operate in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 70°C. Dual supply operation is also possible if the voltage difference between the two supplies is between 2 and 18 volts.
