AOZ1282CI Description
The AOZ1282CI is a 1.2A buck regulator with great efficiency and ease of use that may be adjusted for a range of applications. The AOZ1282CI has a 4.5V to 36V input voltage range and a continuous output current of up to 1.2A. The output voltage can be adjusted to as low as 0.8V. The 450 kHz PWM operation's fixed switching frequency decreases inductor size.
