The FAN7371MX is a high-side gate driver from Fairchild Semiconductor. It is designed to drive N-channel MOSFETs and IGBTs in high-side switching applications. It features a 15 ns propagation delay and 4 A peak output current. The FAN7371MX is available in a Reel 25 ns package.
