DESCRIPTION
The µPD784935A, 784936A, 784937A, and 784938A are members of the µPD784938A
Subseries in the 78K/IV Series. These microcontrollers are based on the
µPD784908 Subseries but are provided with the higher internal ROM and RAM
capacities and a ROM correction function.
In addition, a flash memory version, µPD78F4938A, that can operate in the same
power supply voltage range as the mask ROM version, and various development
tools are also available.
