STMicroelectronics Supervisors STM6719TWWB6F is a robust, multi-voltage supervisor IC designed to provide reliable reset operation in a variety of applications. This device is supplied in a SOT-23-6 package and operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C (TA). STM6719TWWB6F has an active low open-drain or open-collector reset output, with a minimum reset timeout of 140ms. The trip-points are adjustable or can be factory set to 1. 665V and 3.075V. Its reset remain low until the power supply returns to a valid level. This feature allows the system to be reset properly after a power failure and also provides protection from prolonged power glitches. The STM6719TWWB6F is an ideal supervisors for use in applications that require power supply voltage monitoring and reset.
