ADUM7642CRQZ Description
The Analog Devices ADUM7642CRQZ digital isolation is based on advanced iCoupler® technology and offers an optimal balance of power consumption, ease of use, reliability, and speed. The digital isolator is available in a space- saving 20-lead QSOP package, and it has a pulse width of up to 40ns.
