General Description
The H11GXM series are photodarlington-type optically coupled optocouplers.
These devices have a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode coupled with a
silicon darlington connected phototransistor which has an inte
gral base-emitter resistor to optimize elevated tempera ture characteristics.
