The Texas Instruments TPS2021DRG4 Power Distribution Switch & Load Drivers offer comprehensive power management from a single, compact device. The TPS2021DRG4 easily integrates into most designs and can handle a wide range of input voltages to meet the needs of a variety of applications. These power switches feature an output current of 600mA and a power dissipation capability of up to 500mW. Additionally, the TPS2021DRG4 has a status flag for monitoring the state of the power switch. This device is constructed with an N-Channel MOSFET that operates from -40°C to +125°C (TJ) and a low power 8-SOIC package. The TPS2021DRG4 is an ideal solution for providing reliable and efficient power management for general purpose applications in a wide range of industries.
