The Texas Instruments LM20343MHX/NOPB is a DC switching regulator designed for efficient, high-performance applications. This 3A 250kHz ~ 1MHz step-down converter is surface mount and adjustable, with 0.8V output and 20-HTSSOP buck topology. It provides a cost-effective and high reliability power solution with its fixed frequency, integrated PWM control and synchronous rectification. It has a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 40V and adjustable output voltage of 0.8V to 32V. This device operates over a temperature range of -40C to 85C, making it suitable for applications in automotive, industrial, and commercial applications. Its features include short circuit protection, thermal shutdown and over-voltage protection. Its power saving design, small surface mountable package, and high transient response make it an ideal solution for medium to high power applications.
