It is designed to provide up to 300mA output current and up to 375mV dropout voltage with stability at all load conditions. With a low quiescent current of 1uA, this solution helps reduce power waste and maximize system efficiency. It is ideal for high performance, low power applications such as portable devices, handsets, and wearables. With software-programmable control logic and asynchronous slew rate control, it helps increase noise immunity, provide protection against voltage drops, as well as optimize the transient response. Additionally, its advanced process (BiCMOS) and design architecture ensures the highest efficiency and fast response time while reducing the thermal and voltage stress of available resources.
