This device features a programmable switching frequency range of 20 KHz up to 500 KHz, enabling manufacturers to quickly, easily, and cost-effectively tailor their need. The VIPER16LDTR-E also features an advanced protection suite and a fault protection system, making it ideal for applications where malfunctions need to be minimized. The VIPER16LDTR-E offers a power density of up to 2.4W/cm2, a low audible noise level, and programmable current and voltage limits. Thanks to the high integration, it supports 1.2A Idd from a single chip, providing a wide operating range (1.NOV–6.1V). The VIPER16LDTR-E is packaged in a compact 16-pin QFN (4x4mm), making it suitable for many space-constrained applications.
