Description :
The Altera EPM1270T144C3N is a Complex Programmable Logic Device (CPLD) that
is designed to provide high-performance, low-power, and low-cost solutions for
a wide range of applications. It is a MAX® II device with 144 macrocells and a
6.2ns maximum operating frequency of 304 MHz. The device is packaged in a
20x20 TQFP (Thin Quad Flat Pack) and is suitable for surface mount
applications. It is in-system programmable and operates over a temperature
range of 0°C to 85°C (TJ).
