The LT1376CS8#TRPBF is a high-performance, low-noise, linear DC switching regulator from Linear Technology. This device is a 1.5A (switch) 500kHz step- down surface mount 2.42V adjustable 8-SOIC buck, SEPIC regulator. It is designed to provide a regulated output voltage from a wide input voltage range, while maintaining high efficiency and low noise. The LT1376CS8#TRPBF is ideal for applications such as automotive, industrial, and consumer electronics. The LT1376CS8#TRPBF features a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 40V, and an adjustable output voltage range of 0.8V to 2.42V. It also has a high efficiency of up to 95%, and a low noise of only 10μVrms. The device is protected against over-temperature, over-current, and short-circuit conditions. It also has a low quiescent current of only 10μA, and a fast transient response of only 1μs. The LT1376CS8#TRPBF is available in an 8-pin SOIC package, and is RoHS compliant.
