The STMicroelectronics L6374FP is a monolithic, high voltage motor driver that combines a 5A H-bridge integrated power stage with advanced current sensing, Stall detection, and pre-driver circuits to provide a complete system solution for driving two-phase brushless and brushed DC motors, as well as four-phase stepper motors. The L6374FP offers a high degree of flexibility and performance through its configurable voltage range, current sensing options, and wide range of available motor driver support devices. The motor driver provides a wide range of control and diagnostic features and can be implemented as a stand-alone device or as a part of an existing motor control system. The exceptional power efficiency and robustness of the driver offers performance in a wide range of applications including household appliances, automotive, and industrial control systems.
