The EL3061 is a member of the EL30xx series of optocouplers that comprises of a GaAs infrared-emitting diode optically coupled to a monolithic silicon zero-crossing photo triac. This electronic component is specifically designed for interfacing logic systems to devices powered by 110 to 240 VAC lines such as industrial controls, solid-state relays, solenoids, motors, and consumer appliances.
