MPXM2010GS Description
The MPXM2010GS is a single-port on-chip temperature compensated and calibrated silicon Pressure Sensor. The silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor of the MPX2010 series produces a very precise and linear voltage output that is exactly proportional to the applied pressure. The strain gauge and thin-film resistor network are combined onto a single monolithic silicon chip in these sensors. For exact span, offset calibration, and temperature adjustment, the sensor is laser trimmed.
