DS14285 Description
Analog Devices DS14285 is a low-power, high-precision real-time clock that provides additional non volatile control functions for external SRAM. In the event of a power outage, the DS14285 automatically performs write protection on the external SRAM and provides a VCC output provided by the internal battery.
