CPC1017NTR Description
The CPC1017N is a small 1-Form-A solid state relay in a 4-pin SOP package with optically linked MOSFET technology that provides 1500V of input to output isolation. Clare's proprietary OptoMOS design is used in the extremely efficient MOSFET switches and solar die. A highly efficient GaAIAs infrared LED controls the optically linked input. Clare's cutting-edge double molded vertical structure packaging is used to create the world's smallest relay, the CPC1017N. The CPC1017N saves at least 20% more board space than the competitor's bigger 4-pin SOP relay. It has the lowest input current required to function in its class in the industry.
