Analog Devices Inc. AD574AJDZ is a 10-bit voltage output analog-to-digital converter (ADC) designed for use in multiple applications such as industrial, automotive and agricultural. The device is based on the successive- approximation register (SAR) architecture and has a 800-kSPS conversion rate for fast data throughput. It also comes with an internal reference and a wide input voltage range that can be set according to the user’s needs. The AD574AJDZ ADC features an SNR of 77dB and can operate in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 85°C. The device is programmable in-system or by its I2C/SPI interface and is housed in an industry-standard, 16-pin SOIC package.
