Description
This is a Bipolar PNP transistor in a metal can packaging with a high current of 600mA and a low voltage of 40v. When the base is connected to the ground or has no power, it is said to be forward-biased, and when a signal is applied to the base pin, it becomes reverse biased. The transistor has a DC gain value ranging from 100 to 300, indicating its amplification capacity. Because it's used for amplification and switching.
